Returns & Exchanges

At Evo Shop, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Evo Shop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring you include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
